All residents are provided with a private bedroom. Bathroom arrangements vary by accommodation type, with either a private bathroom or a designated bathroom shared with one other resident.

Residents also have access to shared common spaces, workspaces, outdoor areas, daily living facilities, and a communal kitchen.

The accommodation is designed to support both independent work and everyday exchange among residents.

驻地为所有艺术家提供独立卧室。卫浴配置根据住宿类型有所不同，包括独立卫浴，或由两位指定住客共同使用的共享卫浴。

艺术家同时可使用公共交流空间、共享工作空间、户外空间、日常生活设施及公共厨房。

住宿环境兼顾个人休息、独立创作，以及艺术家之间的日常交流。
